1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
1.1 “Force” means Force Specialised Protection Security (Pty) Ltd, Reg. No. 0000/0000/0000, with its registered address at 148 Roan Crescent, Corporate Business Park North, Midrand, South Africa.
1.2 “Services” means chauffeur services, airport transfers, VIP protection, bodyguarding and related security and transport services offered by Force.
1.3 “Website” means www.force.co.za.
1.4 “User”, “you” or “your” refers to any person who makes use of this Website or Services.
1.5 These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
2.1 By accessing the Website, you warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.2 You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2.3 Force reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website if you breach these Terms.

3. BOOKINGS
3.1 Bookings for Services may be made via the Website using our integrated booking system.
3.2 When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
3.3 Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via PayFast and you receive confirmation from Force.
3.4 Force reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where payment is not received or in the event of suspected fraud.

4. PAYMENTS
4.1 All payments must be made through PayFast or other authorised gateways displayed on the Website.
4.2 Card transactions are encrypted and processed securely by PayFast. Force does not store your card details.
4.3 Prices displayed on the Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4.4 Force reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed and paid bookings.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
5.1 Cancellations by the client must be made in writing to info@force.co.za.
5.2 Refund eligibility is as follows:
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled booking: 100% refund.
- Between 24–48 hours before the booking: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the booking: no refund.
5.3 If Force cancels a booking for operational or safety reasons, a full refund will be offered.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 You must ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate.
6.2 You must comply with Force’s safety instructions at all times.
6.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you (and any passengers) are ready at the agreed collection point at the scheduled time.
6.4 Force will not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

7. FORCE’S RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1 Force undertakes to provide Services with reasonable skill, care and professionalism.
7.2 Force reserves the right to substitute vehicles or personnel where necessary without prior notice, provided that the substitute is of equivalent quality.
7.3 Force is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings carried during the provision of Services.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Force shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Services.
8.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Force’s negligence.

9. INDEMNITY
9.1 You agree to indemnify and hold Force harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website or Services.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1 All content, logos, trademarks, and materials on the Website are owned by or licensed to Force.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any material from the Website without Force’s prior written consent.

11. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
11.1 The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Force is not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party sites.

12. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND TRANSACTIONS ACT (ECT ACT)
12.1 Data Messages (as defined in the ECT Act) sent to Force shall be deemed received only when responded to.
12.2 Data Messages sent by Force to you shall be deemed received in terms of section 23(b) of the ECT Act.
12.3 This Website is owned and operated by Force Specialised Protection Security (Pty) Ltd, established in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
